This brings me back! My brother an I saved our paper route money to buy a box each, we preordered like a year early too, we were so psyched! Both of us got a Luke as our UR. I'd pay money to relive the excitement. Thanks for sharing this brother! Love from Burlington, Ontario

I'll never forget cracking 6 boxes when DSII dropped with no Luke or Emperor. Buddy of mine and I were at a shop the next day and bought 6 packs each. I pulled Luke, he pulled the Emperor. Aaaaah good times

Awesome to see this unboxing! I only bought maybe 15 packs of this set when it came out as I had fallen out of it after this set was released. Really wish I didn’t!

That was a rough unboxing but par for the course.

My brother and I split a box of this when it came out. We’d agreed in advance that if either of us got 2 ultra rares we would split them. I pulled both and had to pick which to give him. I kept the Emperor and ended up trading him a bunch of stuff to get the Jedi Luke back. Later he, I and one of my friends split a 2nd box but it had no ultra rares in it. (And Lord Vader didn’t show up in either box as I recall.)

So if you dont play....what was the point of the opening? Not hating im just generally curious because the single cards arent worth anything and these boxes are like 500 each

Lol 'Ten Numb. Ok he's a rare. He's the elf. One of the elf dudes. I'm alright with Ten Numb he's a person" Not a bad opening. Lord Vader is no joke. Alot of good interrupts and effects and n Death Star II!
