Hey hello!! Im really happy JAR linked your videos, Kal really needs to get it through their head that what they did isnt ok, minor or not. I DO want to point out though, as a demigirl myself, that Mari is cis, as far as im aware. Demigender and demisexuality are two seperate things. So, while she isnt heterosexual since she falls on the ace spectrum, shes still cis since shes not nonbinary or trans. I dont know if youve learned this by now or not, so im sorry for being repetitive if you have, but i thought id try to clear it up ^^

I actually sat through and watched the whole thing along with the other there's videos. Gives several different perspectives. One thing to take away from this is "Reading is fundamental." Either read and look into everything or don't bother. Skimming is no excuse and it strengths ones argument or report. I don't see you as defending Mari, ATLEAST not completely as you have critisized her actions. Who... Who writes a five hundred page document on a child. Well, we know know. A woman still working through some mental issues along with a child going through a belligerent stage. That I hope they grow out of. I don't see equal wrong on sides here , juts different wrongs done on either side. Clearly Mari isn't a predator, she wasn't trying to sex Kal or anything. I can understand Kal being hurt by what happened and how it happened , but she needs to stay out of adult spaces. She could have easily critisized maris work without directly interacting with her. Adults tell children all the time , "do not enteract with a suspected predator or someone seen as a danger." Not because of victim blaming but because we don't need another cristali or nora the wolf situation. Young ones can and will get hurt that way , it juts so happens that many of the accusations missed their mark and Mari overreacted in a different way. I'd critisize Mari more , but like , three other youtubers and then sum have already done that. We know what was done. But damn , there are things Kal should and needs to be corrected on here. Ans clearly her needing to be critisized isn't victim blaming nor is it harrassment. She was no better for the doxxing and smear campaigns. And stalking is wrong either way. Plus that fifteen year old did not deserve that, it was just fan art. Minors online need to be absolutely careful, however everyone shoudk be more courteous of one another regardless of age. Overall. This was a very avoidable and easily solvable situation. What messed it up was emotional outbursts and rapid fire reactions. I wish them both luck and may both heal and move on to this all the wise. Just. Damn.

Clearly I have some moles among my twitter followers, because these comment were all positive until I shared your video on my Twitter. I hope these people didn't come here because of me, but I'm sorry if they did. Don't listen to them. Your video was fair and well-made. You weren't even defending Mari, you said that multiple times. You made a good point that someone being a minor isn't an excuse for them mistreating others (which Kal was doing even prior to the doc). Edit :and just to make my stance clear - no, I am not defending that document. Writing 500 pages because a kid is being an obnoxious brat over ships was very excessive and unnecessary. Doesn't take away from op's points that the kid in this situation still acted cruelly, including prior to the doc's creation.
