  • This is so interesting, I’ve never heard of this treatment! This might be something that I should mention to my doctor. Thank you so much for sharing your experience!! xx
  • Thanks for posting this video, Rachael. I had never heard of this treatment before so it was quite interesting. :)

First of all, where was this video when I first started TMS and why didn't I find it?! Secondly, it was really nice to hear a real life review that wasn't sugar coated. I'm in my last 2 weeks of TMS and I haven't experienced any relief yet.. I'm getting very anxious about this because it's coming to a close and I'm still not feeling very well. You had mentioned the PHQ-9 test and I'm not sure if mine is for insurance reasons or if it's to track how I'm doing but my number actually started going up each week for 3 weeks and I even had a suicide attempt about a quarter of the way through my treatment. My diagnosis is major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, general anxiety disorder, PTSD, and a panic disorder. I'm also being treated for borderline personality disorder but haven't been officially diagnosed with it yet. Anyways, my whole point in bringing those up was to explain that I may not be experiencing any relief due to depressive episodes associated with my bipolar. I have rapid cycling and I've consistently had 3 depressive episodes lasting 3 weeks in the past 3 months. (Yikes lots of 3's) Of these, the first episode was pretty severe, but not as severe as the second one where I actually attempted suicide. But this third one hasn't been nearly as bad. I would go as far as to say it's mild-moderate. I don't know whether to attribute this to my TMS, or the new medication I had gone on. And then found out I was allergic to, so I had to go off of it about a week or so ago and am now on abilify, which I have previously taken and gave me some relief. So all in all, I'm really not sure if TMS is working or not, but I was so glad to find a review of it that wasn't biased or sugar coated. Thanks so much for your review and I hope that you're continuing to feel better!

I really appreciate you sharing this! I have been thinking about it for years... i actually had a consultation appointment at one point then backed out. I was wondering if you had to pay a copay every single visit? i know that all insurances are different i just kinda want to know what to expect. Also, you sharing your experience and being so upfront and honest about everything really makes me want to commit to it this time.. I think I might do it if i can figure out how to balance my work at the same time. Thank you so much for using your voice and making me feel less anxious about all the unknowns.

Is there anyway I can get in touch with you? I live in Los Angeles, and I'm seriously considering this procedure thanx.

Love the way you describe this treatment. Currently I am feeling the effect of coming off clonazepam and these pills subtract electricity in your head. Do you feel more brain activity and fullness in your head than before the treatment. Or just better mood . Lastly after maybe day 2 of the treatment is any pain still felt where they do the treatment?  Help?

Hi, just checking, you said it made you sleep a lot, 12 hours a day? You remind me a lot of myself btw, you seem like a very sweet girl.
