Mool Mantra Meditation

One of my favourite mantras. Ek Ong Kaar Sat Naam Kartaa Purakh Nirbhau Nirvair Akaal Moorat Ajoonee Saibhang Gur Prasaad Jap Aad Sach Jugaad Sach Hai Bhee Sach Naanak Hosee Bhee Sach Translation: One Universal Creator God, The supreme Unchangeable Truth and that is the Onkar, The Creator of the Universe, Beyond Fear, Beyond Hatred, Beyond Death, Beyond Birth, Self-Existent, by the Guru’s Grace.

For those who might not know the origin of this song, the lyrics of this song are the very first verses of Guru Granth Sahib Ji ( holy scripture of the Sikh religion). Guru Granth Sahib is considered as the Living Guru. She's basically singing the word of God. That's why whoever listens to it feels its power and truth ❤🙏 Here's the translation in English: Ek Onkar : One Universal God. Satnam : His name is true. Karta Purakh : He is Universal creator. Nirbho Nirvair : He is without fear and without hate. Akaal moorat : He is timeless and formless. Ajoonee Saibhang : He is beyond birth and death, self-existent(the enlightened one). Gurprasad : one can meet him by Guru's grace. Jap : Chant & Meditate. Aad sach : He was true in the primal beginning. Jugaad sach : He was true throughout the ages. Hai bhi sach : He is true now. Nanak hosi bhi sach : O Nanak, He will always be true. God does not have a gender according to Sikhism. I have used 'he' as a pronoun just to make it easier to understand the meaning.

So beautiful... Like the voice of an angel... Both the voice of a girl and a woman at the same time. Crisp, clear, full, strong, and so gently caressing.

I don't know what she's saying but it sounds very spiritual I actually did some wonderful stretches about 15 minutes it was beautiful I just kept going on like if I was listening to some other music I would have probably stopped after three minutes it was beautiful it's beautiful meditation through movement. What a way to start the day thank you so much thank you for your talents and spreading joy and relaxation and meditation which is much needed in the world for people to slow down take a breath and relax too many people are trying to do that but you see them walking with their dogs or their kids or their babies with their phone in hand staring right at the screen one is missing out of the beauty of the world and also being alert. Put down that pacifier and be present

Realmente me gusta este mantra, pero en la voz de Snatam Kaur, es simplemente celestial.
