Yogiri is not some dude with an instant death skill. Heās the actual incarnation of death, that decided to be human for some reason. He canāt die, not truly, and can ākillā everything, living or not.

He's trying to limit his one-shot power by isolating parts or adding delays and conditions but when those are met... dead. Hell, if it tried to kill them by old age they'd probably age to death right then and there.

Yogiri in the novel is absurdly busted as I understand it. He solos the vast majority of fiction. Though Iām surprised it got an anime, Iāll need to watch it.

The dude can kill gods and multi and omniversal beings that can do a Galactus on entire universes. Forget Cid kaganou and OPMs Saitama (my fave OP characters) , Togiri Takatou is on a tier beyond those two. He is THE ultimate of OPs.
