Doesn’t matter if he is a kid or not. Someone who is able to do this is a danger to society and deserves to be locked away or given the death penalty.

114 times! He literally wore himself out, stabbing her. Doesn't matter that he's just 14 years old. He's freaking evil, and he's definitely not right in the head. Lock him away, and keep him there. He'll never be fixable. So, so sorry for the Bailey family. God bless them for their strength and character.

Julius Caesar was stabbed 23 times by multiple people. This kid stabbed 114 times by himself so give him 114 years in prison.

She was so adorable. The child that killed her is a definite psychopath with extreme anger management issues. He will probably kill again eventually without treatment. So sad!
