The Problem With People Who Are Not Coachable

My sanity is being sacrificed. And no matter what I am always the bad person. And right now I am so over it, and people need to own up to their faults.

This is what I'm talking about. I got promoted to Assistant Manager, and I didn't even ask for it. I guess hard work pays off.

You are giving me confirmation to move on from my current job. I have sacrificed. Done extraordinary things. But it never seemed to be appreciated. Nothing I can do about that. I know that I did my job and did it with the utmost integrity. But I will say, God has always put educated mature christian black women in my path to encourage me and to offer support. And I am thankful for that. My supervisor, told me, you have the opportunity to get a degree from Johns Hopkins University. She said times flies, so don't look up in 10 yrs without that degree. She only had to say it once. I have a degree from Johns Hopkins University. And was recognized by 2 honor societies. Ricky you are so right!

It's called dedication by loving what you do ❤ you have to have a great work ethic in wanting to go the extra mile to fulfill your dreams and reaching your goal to feel purpose!!☺️ To me it speaks to who you are as a person willing to serve!!
