Everytime someone says that they are interested in me my mind is always like "why would you? I'm not worthy of your interest". I'm always worried about how I look and I behave. My palms sweat like crazyyyy and I stutter sometimes when I'm stressed out. Meeting new people is scary, that's why I'd rather stay in my house and never leave lol

If you have anxiety... know you’re not alone & that there are resources out there for you 🤗
  • TIPS for dating a girl with anxiety 💙 1. Dont wait hours to text her back. Overthinking kills her confidence and trust in the relationship 2. Don’t let her think she is unloved. Simple small acts of kindness will go a long way 3. Don’t laugh or joke about her illness Hope this could help someone 💚🥰💚

  • I think my anxiety has gotten worse because of the pandemic. I barely ever leave the house, and I only talk to people I already know. The thought of physically going to school or going in a restaurant or store scares me. Stupid corona messed me up >:(
  • I have anxiety, I'm so insecure and dating is so hard on me, I even have some thoughts that tell me I am not worthy of love. I was in a toxic relationship that just made me feel worse...

“Anxiety can stop you from communicating at all, which makes the frustration grow further” — That’s my biggest issue. I’m stopped before I even get a chance to try.

Me in every date ever: - What do normal people do with their hands?
  • The problem is I can’t stand my suspicions coming true. It happens every time and I just don’t see a need in trying anymore.
  • “ meeting someone new could be a trigger for people with anxiety.” Don’t I know it. I also hate confrontation. I believe that I’d you have something in common with the other person then we’re good.
