For someone who called Trevor a psycho murderer without limits, he ain't that different himself.
  • @nuclearmodz9945
And now he's a movie producer, life is unpredictable huh?

ya wanna know what's even more shocking? these are just the crimes we know about Michael was a famous bank robber in the GTA universe before the events of the game and he operated for a little over a decade by the events of the GTA V prolouge he so notorious and nationally known that Dave got famous just from faking killing him
  • @yachtman87
He may have gotten the death penalty but he'll respawn at a nearby hospital
  • @abrahamford1
Dr. Friedlander: And you're plainly addicted to chaos- Michael: Well I'm not sure that's true, Doc.

lmfao 1 minute in and mikes in prison for 8 lifetimes actually hilarious
  • @vitalik97
Wouldn’t downing a civilian jet plane be considered an act of terrorism as well?

In the cases where crimes were committed under the orders of corrupt FIB agents, T/M/F who were coerced and faced threats of imprisonment or death, including their families, would have grounds to claim a defense of duress. While the defense of duress would not typically excuse all crimes, such as the act of blowing up a government building, the fact the duress was caused by high-ranking FIB agents who had the power to kill/imprison means they would be the ones charged for those crimes aswell as coercion

For anyone wondering why Michael would be charged with Brad's death... if you conspire to commit a crime, such as armed robbery, and one of your accomplices gets killed in the course of commiting that crime, that's also felony murder.
  • @dani.munoz.a23
i think the craziest thing is the fact that even with all this, Dave still managed to get a longer sentence
  • @ivanandradamendoza
“I never claimed to be an angel. But you meet Trevor, Franklin, you’ll swear I am an angel.” - Michael said once. 1346 years for Michael vs 3039 years for Trevor 😆
  • @icehawk417
Michael be like I always thought I was the good guy 😂
  • @Fishion.
"Under F.I.B. orders" should be charged because the "F.I.B." Michael was working with was corrupt, and I think participating in crime which has maliciouse purposes is also illegal.
  • @miguelbesana6468
Trevor's crimes: mostly murder Michael's crimes: robbery I think for Franklin's, it's all about theft-related crimes correct me if I'm wrong
  • @yvesheinrich5013
And that's in contrast to Trevor serving nearly 1700 years more, but Michael has a fine five times bigger to pay. Can't wait for the Franklin video.
  • Judge: So what do you have say about your crimes, Michael? Michael: I got caught up in an awkward situation
