The size, the way they move, they are younger, inexperienced. I would be willing they appear on cameras outside of the building and that is what the police should be using, as they have cameras all over Houston.

I have watched 3-4 other youtube videos recently of folks calling out their leasing agents for property stolen at apartments that are not high-rises apartments in other cities. This is becoming a bigger issue and I'm concerned that many of these issues are possibly 'inside' jobs, not sure how staff are vetted from full-time to contract. Whatever level of safety, especially women, need from rental insurance to in/outdoor cameras to self defense training, get to it!
