Hi Dr. Tobias, I'm just discovering your tutorials to help my husband with his Spasticity issues. I want to say thank you for providing instructions that I can use to help (or have him do by himself). He's had two strokes that affect his left side and vascular surgery on his left groin area. So now he's experiencing tightness from the surgery and the build up of scar tissue for lack of use along with spasticity. He's exercise 5 days a week that works on his lower leg (some hip movements) and with exercises I think that he'll get better. Thanks you again!
  • You have been very helpful, I appreciate your hard work in helping people like me.

  • It' every refreshing and acknowledging to find this! I was however pretty bummed to see there was no dialogue to help along with the exercises
  • Ty very much for this channel! I find you a wealth of knowledge, maybe one day I can even get into your field, which is one of my goals! I’m a PT & can always use a little help on new exercises for my clients. You’re cadence & demos are perfect for most ppl, as for me I throughly enjoy them. Keep up the great work💪🏽
  • This video answered a question I had asked in another video. Thanks Dr. You are saving so many lives.
  • I had a stroke two years ago. My left shoulder is working but not my hand and fingers. Though last year I had a few moments where some of my fingers could move a little.. so I’m so hopeful that you can make some exercises that can regain that movement and hopefully even more 😇🙏 thanks in advance! I loooove your Chanel
