  • Super thank you. My arm won’t move as it is “fixed” on elbow, wrist and fingers, so a lot of exercises won’t work for me. 2 years post stroke. Frustrated! This channel is helping me through - hope and patience. ❤️
  • My arm can not raise without assistance. Have spasticity in shoulder. Seven years post stroke.

The field of stroke treatment has advanced greatly in recent years, but there is room and a way to make a significant leap forward in treatment
  • @Bobbinsbrood
can you do a complete tutorial on how to lift the affected arm overhead?
  • @user-qh9si4zt1e
This video is excellent and it is super duper important since strengthening the upper part of the patient also affects the leg and ankle for patients who are able to stand.
  • @user-qh9si4zt1e
To open and close the door we will add turning movements of the head and the result is the opening of the neural pathway from the head to the hand, of course the movement needs to be repeated hundreds of times ..... the opening of the neural pathway from the brain to the hand Thanks THIS IS MY EXPERIENCE THANKE YOU VERY MUCH
  • @kristyduncan8415
Could you do this routine showing how to do all of the exercises with unaffected arm assistance?
  • @lesterhousel
Also my arthritis in my fingertips make it very difficult to make a fist and it hurts when I close them. What a wreck thanks.
  • The rotational movements of the hand, of the leg, their purpose release the armpit of the leg, armpit of the hand, Without it we will not achieve rehabilitation
  • A lot of these exercises I do in bed, before I get up. But, I'm interested in doing them out of bed, too.
  • @user-qh9si4zt1e
And why do I think this clip is the most important of all since the activity here is supposed to open the fingers and for those who do it while standing to loosen the ankle
