I seriously doubt interest rates are going down in August, lets hope before Christmas. It’s hard to get your head around the stat that less than 30% of houses have an outstanding mortgage. With 500k ATM should i venture into real estate, stocks or gold?

I think markets are practically bouncing up now, and housing will bounce up too, again, at a hint of a Rate Cut! And you cannot strip out housing! 3:45 Rents are increasing even now.. Are you crazy? Housing is the root of all inflation.. And we have had big inflation for a decade! (and longer)

I will stick to the very good companies... None of those compare even closer to MSFT, NVDA, APPL, etc I dont care about short term volatility, in 1 or 2 years I will be way better than the people who jumped out of tech.
