It feels like a stretch and looks easy, but once you start, you sweat as if you're doing cardio and training every muscle! It's amazing! You have the best Pilates I've seen!
  • I love when the workouts start with the laying down ab stuff because I get easily bored when workouts start with standing stuff. This helps me sticks to it so thank you for that!

    Wow I consider myself a cardio hawk and athletic but not after this workout. I realized today how important flexibility is. I had a hard time with some of those rotating hip movements which shows me I need to work on that. Thank you and I want to incorporate this workout video into my weekly routine! This is gold.
