They really gave a character one of the harshest backstories of the group and then made her have the personality of a golden retriever

I fell for her after the druid grove quest. Back at the camp when we were celebrating and she suggested we spend the night together. After I agreed, she turn her back and said "Yes!" while pumping her fist. I just found so so adorable of her.

She really is my favorite out of them all. Just her little quips and things she says randomly. Like entering stealth and she just whispers "Shadowlach...." Makes me chuckle

I love how in her idle animation she'll randomly start doing a happy little dance.

Karlach's personality is the best thing I've seen in a long time. The real-life world needs more Karlachs, and I don't just mean that in a "women need to be more like Karlach" sense, but a general "everyone needs to be more like Karlach".

Karlach is the sole reason I broke my age old tradition of always going evil first. Was looking forward to being dark urge and then I saw buff cinnamon roll best girl, safe to say my custom character is a paragon of good intentions just for her. Her fire so hot it melted my heart through the screen

She's a great character. Big beefy and badass, but at the same time super adorable fun and WHOLESOME

You would think that a semi-demoness that spend a decade in hell must be the most unbearable character after all she went through but damn....she's just a big girl that wants her life back. And she's cute and beautiful too. Edit: Now that i think about it, she's like an overgrown puppy with too much energy (depending on dialogue). And everyone wants to give her a hug.

You know it's interesting...one would have assumed just based on her class and appearance; Karlach would be the stoic, tough as nails one. Instead the one who has that personality is Lae'Zel. Karlach just bursts with bubbly positivity; and I love every second of it.

I planned on romancing Shadow Heart but I absolutely love Karlach's character. I got the scene from her last night where she blurts out how she wants to "ride you to you see stars," and I burst out laughing. She's so damn likable. It's hard to want to romance anyone else, lol.

I swear, BG3 may have some of the most incredible voice acting I've ever heard in a game. Samantha Béart brings her charcter to life in a way not many VA's can. This game is truly a gift.
