This is more useful than any information from the doctors I have seen. Thank you for taking the time to explain.

Thank you Doctor Ebraheim for educating us. Many blessings goes to your way and to your family.
  • Your videos are absolutely fantastic. I am 1 week out of a L4 far lateral foraminal and extraforaminal discectomy. I learned so much over the past 6 month form your videos. Thank you!
  • Thank-you for posting this video! Well done! I was diagnosed with 6 points of herniated discs from T12 to L1-S1, about 10 months ago. I have been doing PT exercises to stretch and mobilize these discs; but with only limited improvements. Am waiting to get the money I need to pay for professional decompression sessions; which have been shown to be 97% effective in pain and movement relief. Your explanations of the various side effects of pinched nerve roots in the various disc locations are SPOT ON, in explaining why I feel pain, neuropathy, or impaired muscle strength down each of my legs. I have a constant sense of lack of feeling to both feet, and little feeling in my right foot. The effects are reduced when I practice my physical therapy exercises and take 2-3000mg of potassium citrate powder a day; a crucial mineral that I had been lacking for muscle contraction and nerve signaling and integrity. I also notice weakened thigh and calf muscles from time to time, and now understand why!

Спасибо, всё очень доходчиво и наглядно. В кои-то веки нашёлся нормальный врач, без кучи ненужных слов, чётко и по делу. Спасибо.

Thank you from the"root of my soul"! Your explanation is deep and really helps to understand the connection between the problem and the pain.
  • Finally I see a video that explains my persistent symptoms (L4-S1 foraminal stenosis after L4-S1 fusion). Even my docs (PM & NS) don't have time/patience to explain my symptoms as thoroughly as this video. Thank you so very much for sharing this educational video Dr. Ebraheim! 🩺
  • Thank you for explaining all of this in simplified terms. I now understand why I have specific leg pain with 2 herniated disc @ L 3&4.
  • That was such a comprehensive explanation but in such a simple manner, thanks
  • The best, easy and complete explanation of the nerves of the spine. Thanks
