How to Relieve Carpal Tunnel Pain in SECONDS

Published 2022-12-01
Dr. Rowe shows a step-by-step guide to get quick and long-lasting carpal tunnel syndrome relief.

Carpal tunnel syndrome is an overuse injury of wrist, that causes irritation and inflammation of the soft tissues around the carpal tunnel. This leads to compression of the median nerve.

When the median nerve gets compressed (aka pinched) it may lead to numbness, tingling, and pain into the palm, thumb, and fingers.

To fix this, we're going to focus on lengthening and strengthening the muscles and tendons around the carpal tunnel. Make sure to go through all parts (and exercises) to get the best results!

I just did that spoon thing once and it felt great, that alone has been way more helpful than anything else I've tried yet. Thanks so much. I have moderate nerve pain after a lot of hours of poor posture / gaming / typing. I'll update after a more significant length of time with results.
  • My hands feel soooo much better! So glad I found this video. If you’re looking for instant relief then this is it. I’ve done this once and it’s made a huge difference!
  • Life is so messed up. My employers workman's comp doesn't cover this injury and they didn't give me health insurance. My injury is so severe I can't wipe using my right hand. I lost my job, I lost my apartment and might soon be just another American on the street because of one injury at work. In Texas the employee goes up against a team of lawyers in a tribunal. The system is so messed up in America. Thanks to your video I can get some relief without taking a dozen pain pills

Hi Dr. Rowe, After a lifetime of computer work, I have in recent years developed some tingling, numbness and grip/strength issues in both hands. I was (finally) recently diagnosed with severe carpal tunnel syndrome and scheduled for surgery next week. However when googling the topic, I became hesitant due to various accounts of long recoveries, hit and miss results but most importantly a number of sources suggesting that exercises could address the issue. While viewing a bunch of exercise videos I came upon yours which seemed credible and safe. I put the exercises to the test thinking that it couldn't hurt. I started with my left hand only (my right hand being the "control group") and lo and behold, after working through all of the exercises on the left hand only once, most of my tingling and numbness on my left hand disappeared. I will definitely doing these exercises daily on both hands for awhile, and perhaps once I have stabilized and improved, continue doing these on a periodic basis to maintain the hopefully good results. The only thing I am left wondering is why the pro orthopedic hand specialist didnt suggest going this route - could it be lack of knowledge (or more likely something to do with $$$?). Anyways, I am very thankful for the knowledge you have shared here!!! Thanks Dennis
  • Wow Thank. You for showing me these exercises?I can't afford to take time off work to get the surgery on my right hand it's been a miracle for my left hand but these exercises in therapies are a guide.Send God, bless you in your great work.I appreciate it so so much

Thank you for doing this video. my husband probably should have had this surgery done last December but the retina specialist did not see what the ophthalmologist saw which was a hole. Here it is 5 months later and my husband has lost some of his peripheral vision so now back to another retina specialist and probably surgery. Have been watching these type of videos...helpful!

I have had carpal tunnel in both wrists for 24 years. And yes, they did this procedure on my entire lower arm after I tore a tendon and ligament. Football players use this move to relieve pain from muscle injuries. Thank you for sharing your knowledge 😃
  • Brilliant!! Thank you so much for this video and set of exercises. Tremendously helpful! I can feel it working already and I have discovered what I already knew - very weak finger, hand, and wrist tendons and muscles. I’ve now for my walking orders for strengthening.
