She can't handle the job!! Asked questions..... got no answers!!! This is absolutely horrible.....

She repeatedly says "I cannot speak to specific incidents". What is it to speak to a specific incident? It is to answer the question that was posed about specifics of the incident. I cannot speak to the specifics = I cannot answer the question. But often she can answer the question. She just refuses to answer specific questions and then asserts that she is willing to answer the questions. The disconnect between her words and her actions is mind-boggling. She constantly gives generic answers to specific questions.
