well it would have to have an input into the channel switching circuit...i believe it bypasses the manual switch and makes the pedal the primary means of channel switching...meaning if its plugged in then you cant switch channels by flicking the switch...it knocks out the toggle switch input
-
u kidding? worth every penny brotha!
-
if i were you id save up for the combo its considerably cheaper...i've been playing a long time and this was kinda graduation present for me ; )
-
I would say that its fine...it seems that you dont have to turn it up extremely loud to get the breakup and sound that you want...this was a problem i saw with other amps...go and play it first before you buy and a few others...you never know you might find something else that you like

I'm getting that head and cab in a few days. WOOOOOHOOOOO How does it feel man? :D
-
How exactly does switching channels with the foot switch work with this thing? The channel switch on the head seems to go up or down and stick there...so I don't really get how the foot switch would work.
-
Right, I get that...but if the channel switch is set to clean, isn't it "stuck" there? In other words, it's not a typically button toggle, but a switch that either stays up or down right? So I'm wondering how you would say, switch to the dirty channel while the switch on the amp is set to clean.

hey buddy, I've thinking about getting one of these for a long time now. Silly question i know, but do you think this amp is too loud to play in the house?
-
you have to buy a pedal or you can just manually switch it like i did in the video

yea definitely this is only a little past half way on the gain...plus i find it really hard to find a sound that i dont like...and this is the last time i record with my computers shitty line-in! complete shit!
