I own a 1998 white Toyota 4runner and I was rear ended by a gunmetal Chevy Silverado.

Been driving my 4Runner since 2007 and to have a major accident like this is heartbreaking...

Everyone, if you get rear-ended, always go to the ER or urgent care if there was any damage more than a small scrape. I worked in the insurance industry for 10 years and was rear-ended on the job. Now, due to how that collision compounded an injury from when I was in the military, I am disabled and can barely walk with forearm crutches. One thing though, don't let them give you prednisone, especially if it is only so they can do a differential diagnosis. Make them do a MRI. If you actually need prednisone, you'll know it because you will also be needing a will. STAY AWAY FROM PREDNISONE!
