2 tbsps bamboo fiber (3g)
2 tbsps Lupin flour or almond flour (10 g)
1/4 tsp baking powder (2 g)
3 tbsps liquid egg whites (31 g)
2 tbsps warm water (20 g)

You know, I bought bamboo fibre by accident instead of bamboo flour from one of your previous recipes, I recently thought to throw it away but changed my mind hoping someone will come up with a low carb recipe that will need bamboo fibre... low and behold you have saved me from throwing it away and I can use it

My batter always sticks to machine and so when I opened its broken. The only difference is I used flax eggs. I even preheated and sprayed some il but still sticks. Sad lyf.

Question...if someone has nut allergy, can they replace it with Flaxseed or coconut flour? I know coconut flour would mean it needs more liquid somewhere. I think the flaxseed can be use for this recipe along with the bamboo as is. Right?
