Welcome Everyone!!!

Today we go on a DESERT SAFARI outside Dubai! This is a very “touristy” thing to do when visiting Dubai, but it’s a Very nice experience!
We had family visiting us here, so it was the perfect occasion for them to see the real Arabian desert!
We bought a package with a tour agency, ANTALYA, where we payed around 20 dollars/person. In this package there was a lot included: Pick up and drop off, Dune-bashing, Camel-ride, Sand-boarding, Henna-painting and Dinner buffet with live dancing- and fire shows! The pick-up was at 3 pm and we got back home around 10 pm, so it’s a good 7 hours in the desert, but time flies when you’re having fun!

The best time to visit the desert we would say is between October-March when it’s not TOO hot in Dubai, especially in the desert with no shadows to hide under, the sun can get very strong.
Another tip is to download the app Groupon, where you can find many good deals (this is where we found this super-affordable price as well).

We hope you enjoy riding with us in the desert and give a thumbs up or leave a comment if there is something you would like to share with us :)!

  • You brought back so many memories for me <33 I remember coming to Dubai around eight years ago. One of the things we did was go on the desert Safari. The ride to the destination freaked me out so damn much with all the stunts he pulled off. I totally get what you mean when you say it wasnt the smoothest ride lmao. My blessed little heart was certain we would not make it. Everyone in the car was screaming. A lot of us asked for alternate paths, but the driver told us that this was the only way. It was more enjoyable when we got to the location, though. It was easy to forget the ride. Amazing landscape and great food. The entertainment was mesmerizing. It was also the first time I ever rode a camel. To my, utter disbelief, however, was that when we were returning the driver knew a path that was flat. I remember feeling so betrayed lol.
