If you want to impress me with big spending then spend it on solar water generators and distribute them around the world. It could make sure everyone in the world has clean drinking water and extra to feed their food gardens so nobody is left hungry. The tech already exists and costs way less than any of these mega projects shown.

In Dubai, it is a crime to fall behind on your bills/car payments. People abandon their cars instead of getting locked up. Most of the cars you see are damaged in some way; for them, better to ditch the car than to face criminal liability proceedings.

The tallest building reminded me in the bible....which the people in BABYLON was building a tower for people to live in and to reach the heaven, but GOD destroyed it. And now Dubai is the modern of Babylon.

Let’s not forget the lady that drank a glass of wine on Dubai Airlines, landed in Dubai and immediately got imprisoned because the smell of alcohol was on her breath. Maybe they are rich, but their laws are not lenient
