I figured out why REAL men don't cry

Even if this doesn't relate to you .. i hope you thought of one of your male friends (friends in general) and maybe sent them a little text :) sometimes we all just need to be treated like a Tuesday to save our day

I'm a girl and I feel like I can't cry. I'm the type of person who is bad at showing emotions so I just hold them in because I thinks its werid showing all my problems. When I do get to a breaking point and cry and try to talk about it, it doesn't work and I just get shut down but people telling me I have no reason to cry

When I was told as a child that men don't cry, I took it to my heart and carried it throughout my whole life. I can't cry even if I want to and I want it daily

I can relate to this video so much...

i remember hearing so often, why are you crying you're not a baby, why are you crying you're a big kid, why are you crying you're supposed to be an adult. so as a student in the medical field i'm like, when do you hit the point where your tear ducts shut down and you no longer cry? i remember when you'd be crying for whatever reason and your dad would be all like i'll give you something to cry about. and then your day probably got 7 times worse. and these are things that i would like for us to learn to leave behind us so that way we can understand that it is okay for a human being to show emotion and like, exist, and be a human being, because that's what happens and it's normal. in the future if i become a father, i will not say these words to my kids.

Thank You for this video. It says a lot about us guys. Especially how society shows the world that guys are tough and strong, but yet we are unheard, alone, and it's hard sometimes to talk about how we feel. Just be patient with us and we will open up how we are doing. From one guy to another. Open up to your family and close friends.
