Hyperreflexia, clonus and positive Hoffman's sign

This gentleman has questionable cervical cord compression. He has hyperreflexia in the UE's and LE's and has a positive Hoffman's sign, positive Babinski sign and lower extremity clonus which are signs of myelopathy and upper motor neuron lesion.

    I was diagnosed in 2006 with relapsing/remitting multiple sclerosis, and clonus in my legs has been a constant specter. Hypereflexia is now less ominous! Also, your shirt generates a fascinating moiré pattern! I would consider never wearing it for video shoots :D
