According to Eckhart, even after experiencing a spiritual awakening, we will continue to face challenges in life. And how you respond to these challenges, how you confront them is really what determines how you experience your life. It is not determined by what happens to you, but how you react to what happens.

My dog died today, had him for 12 years since I was 9. These video always help me remember that all life is one. I know his essence is not gone, but it’s just so easy to get attached to the physical form, we lose sight of that.
  • "How you react to or respond to the challenges of life determines how you experience your life. How you experience your life ultimately is not determined by what happens to you." Thank you.

I love him. Tolle's teachings doesn't solve my all problems, but he makes me back to sanity and calmness, if I have lost myself to resisting and fighting against life too much.

I’ve been listening to Eckhart for a few years now, and he is always that reminder to stop the story in my head and to be still more often in between my rapid thoughts. I still experience anxiety, but now I know that I don’t have to just by stopping it in it’s tracks. Stillness is possible anytime and anywhere ⭐️💗 I love Eckhart and he’s reminded me of what was already there but had been lost with the pile-up of non-existent worries.
  • So true on how we want to be somewhere else..I see it continously in this culture..for example ..commercialism pushes holiday events all the time...halloween is barely over and stores fill up with the next holiday..we are surrounded by being bombarded with wanting the next thing while we haven't completed one...I find my life has become simpler, more enjoyable without this constant desire to be somewhere else, or doing something else while doing something else in the present moment. I have taken myself out of this insane whirlwind..the rat race. Thank you Eckhart for your wisdom.

When one awakens, everything becomes an opportunity to become a greater version of you, rather than a problem or something that is stopping you. The victim mindset fades, and you take back your seat as a Conscious Creator. Great video Eckhart. Thanks for being one of the people that inspires me to post videos every single day! Much Love 🙏

The mind almost always makes a situation worse by adding incessant thought to it and wanting thing's to be different..thanks Eckhart your voice is so soothing and I feel calm listening to you.

Eckhart often talks about the importance of acceptance, and how important it is to accept what is. Learning this has been such fantastic tool for me I have also now realised the equal importance of accepting what isn't too. What is, is without thought and what isn't only exists because of thought. So now when I catch myself worrying about a possible future event I remind myself that what is, is genuinely happening in the present moment and what isn't, isn't and isn't happening anywhere else but in my imagination.
  • Read Power of Now for the first time in 2008. Most profound book I ever read. I am still lost but I find my anchor sometimes now. Listening to Eckhart or reading his words always brings me back.

You’re not happy bc you’ve gotten what you wanted, you’re content bc for a brief moment you didn’t want anything but the present moment. Brilliant Lightbulb Moment. Indeed all we really ever have is the present moment. 💙🙏🏻💙

To anyone watching, KNOW there is ALWAYS hope!! Do NOT throw in the towel! Reach out, talk with a trusted person. Find a solution that allows u to thrive! Do NOT end your life.....there IS a solution. You are worthwhile. YOUR life matters. No one can do what you were put on this earth to do.💜

When faced with a challenge what has always helped me was to remember that nothing is lost except the present moment. You cannot lose what you do not currently have whether that be the future or the past. -Much love from a growing YouTuber

There are no challenges, there are no solutions. It is all just happening
  • This is one of my favourite videos. After decades of hard work on all fronts I thought I had reached easy street! Over a 2 year period, to my disbelief, my world was turned on its head. This really helps me make sense of it all and prepare for future challenges. Thank you.
