This is what me and the boys go through before approaching a girl

This is just as impressive as the actual performance. Awesome.
  • Good Lord, there was a reason I was a ground pounding Marine. The only thing I understand was.... "Good Morning" Semper Fi

This just proves why these amazing pilots and all of the team members are on the team. Absolute professionalism at its finest.

Now that's something you don't see every day. Very cool visualization technique. I love the Blue Angels!

This is proof that no matter how good you are at something - anything - it's vital that you continue to practice. Their visualization technique, while seemingly strange, is vital and reinforces their skill, confidence and trust in each other. You can never over-practice, in fact it's a continuing and never-ending vital routine.

Absolutely mesmerizing…watching them do the show in a conference room like they were in the cockpit!

Watching them chair fly reminded me of a professor in college. She was a pianist and said every time she had to fly out of town, she'd close her eyes and "play" the piece on her lap , heading out in her head. Pretty awesome.

When your life and the lives of your buddies are on the line and the lives of civilians if you crash then you give 100 percent focus - and you have millions of dollars of aircraft at stake.... it is a once in a lifetime opportunity to fly with the Blues and there are hundreds of others who would like to take your place - much respect for these best of the best pilots - I always enjoy their airshows. I fly a remote control F/A-18 C legacy Blue Angel - it brings back good memories of seeing them at airshows.... my top speed is over 100mph and landing is on a 400 ft paved strip - it does loops, rolls, inverted, Cuban 8s - all the basics. May your skies be blue and your winds calm.
