Here you can learn to make Buffalo Wings. I opened Europe's first Buffalo Wing Shack in the UK. In 2011 we were rated as the Top Wings in London by THE LONDON EVENING STANDARD, In 2012, we were named the best wings in the UK by Franks RedHot (America's biggest selling hot sauce). So far in 2013, we have been featured twice in FHM, and this video was featured on Yahoo's Home Page as one of the main video stories.

Finally, someone that is true to the Buffalo sauce, I've seen videos of ketchup, brown sugar, honey added to the sauce. That's not Buffalo style

Will you reopen Sticky Wings again? I was heartbroken when you closed.

looks sooo good, I like that you used butter unlike some other videos that just say to pour sauce on the wings. BORING. I will be trying this.

  • I think you have a great recipe and I'm sure it tastes very good, but people outside of Buffalo make it more complicated than it has to be. In Buffalo, we dont use any salt, pepper, or flour. We simply deep fry them until they're crispy or however people like them, and add the wing sauce. We keep it simple and I think that gets lost in translation sometimes when people who aren't from Buffalo make their own version of the wing. But yours look delicious undoubtedly.
  • Darul , I had it again in sticky wing yesterday, and it just taste better each time.... when can you going into smokey ribs!

Never understood the bleu cheese thing with wings. When I'm putting away 15 of these the last thing I need is sour cream and mayo added into the mix.

When you get the oil up to temperature (190), and you put the wings in, the heat will go down, do you need to increase the temperature to get it back up to 190? Or do you just leave it?

What do you fry the wings in? What kind of oil, if any?
