Writing this to answer some questions asked by most of the viewers. 1. Can we keep it overnight, should we keep it in the fridge? You can keep it overnight, but avoid keeping it fridge...keep it in a cool place like room where you sleep with AC or cooler. If you keep it on kitchen counter, due to heat the fruits and veggies may start to ferment (spoiled ). If you feel the water has become smelly and sour, don’t drink it. 2. Can we make in bulk and store it? I suggest you make it on daily basis To get full benefits 3. Can we use steel or copper container No, the ingredients will still in the container for long...they might also react with the metal . Hence I prefer using either glass or clay container. 4. Why make detox water, when we can eat these fruits and veggies directly. Yes, you can eat these fruits and veggies directly. However, with my personal experience. Infusing Water helps you in many ways. It enhances the taste of water, help you track your consumption, you certainly can’t have mint and lemon raw. You must mix them with something anyways. The eat the ingredients used side by side while drinking water, which helps me curb my hunger pangs. 5. How long we should keep it ? I prefer keeping them for 4 hours before I start drinking them. 6. What is the best time to drink it ? Anytime of the day is good. However, I take 1 glass lukewarm water and 1 glass water from mixed metal ( kept overnight) first thing in the morning. Hence, I start consuming it around 10am.
