  • I am 66 years old, vegetarian for the past 10 years, don't eat processed or fried food, don't beat junk food, never smoke or drink alcohol in my life, get enough sleep, keep 3:53 life with very low stress, have a small groups of friends and family, have a great social life, live an active lifestyle..eat mostly organic food. I am hoping these lifestyle habits will prevent me from having Alzheimer's or dementia.....
