Thankyou. Hate for others starts with hate for self. How can we still achieve good things in others lives and our own by reducing our expectations? It’s a challenge for all humanity to forgive and let go of the outcomes and enjoy the process of achievement. And what a joy it is when we begin sitting in questions rather than answers. Questioning (ie challenging the world) is always energising life giving. Questioning seeks to understand not to judge. Answers can make one fat with pride glutenous with self righteousness. For I know the more I understand the more I realise how little I understand.
  • I first learned the word "ahimsa" from you, following my decision to go vegan. It is such an important concept to me now that I got it tattooed in sanskrit on my arm. A reminder to be kind to myself, to others and to the planet

Wow, I am so grateful for your practice and teachings. I'm sitting here with my Beloved husband, after doing seva to raise more for the Simon Community and Amma Ireland and eating a Chinese meal. Your teachings are a sourse of nourishment and love for Self &self and I'm very grateful. Thank you sister for doing your part so well to help others rise up, learn, shine , resonate and keep practising our glory. Om Shanti, shanti, shanti
