Tebogo 43.49 in the prelims taking his team from 7th to 2nd was unbelievable he not even a 400m runner....
  • @dr.options
Quincy Wilson's stride-length-to-height ratio must be off the charts! The times he puts up at only 16 years old are insane! It will be interesting to see how he develops....could be a future 400 meter World Record Holder.
  • Can't thank you enough for also giving a little coverage to the throws to keep us up to date, and the field events in general.

It's always an American sprint era - there was just that aberration of the last generation of Jamaicans as a brief intermission
  • We would've smoked Botswana too but that would've been greedy. Call it Foreign Aid. lol What I most enjoy is how we send a different team to every relay every year and still Gold. Hard work, dedication. I feel bad for Poland in the women's 4x1 though. Love watching Swoboda's form.

I was at the meet with Syndey and Michael, quite a site to see. They make it look effortless.

The U.S. Men's 4x100 is tricky....It would be tough not to go with 1st leg Christian Coleman (best starter ever?), 2nd Leg Lindsey or Bednarek (both smoked their legs and Lindsey has been crushing it in every distance this year), 3rd Leg Erriyon Knighton (runs the curve great), 4th Leg Noah Lyles (arguably the best sprinter in the world right now). I can't see anyone beating that team.

Now if we can only get back to an American horizontal jumps era.
  • I love your videos, this is my absolute go-to for any track and field updates, thanks a lot.

Fahnbulleh running people down like Bob Hayes used to is a fucking marvellous thing to watch, he might be the best person in the world to have on the 4th leg of a relay team since Usain Bolt, I bet that last 50m split was around 4.2-4.5 seconds hes done it before
  • @cows543
Instant like anytime you mention throwing

WA - For the love of God, pls keep talented athlete Dafne Schippers a mile away from commentary :) Rhasidat Adeleke (48.45) in her 3rd race of the meet making Klaver (49.80) look ordinary was scary! So disappointed we didn't get the BOT vs USA M4x4 showdown :( Would be nice to see Syd jump into a couple more 200m races this season & finally run a wind-legal sub 22s that she's clearly capable of!
