Cats in Ireland have a long tradition of wrestling. Adult cats begin teaching the kittens from a very young age. Wrestling helps to keep them fit, develops their social skills, and teaches them discipline. Many books have been written on this subject. My favourite is "Cat Wrestling In Ireland - An Observation" (Faber & Faber, 1981) by British author Robert Fripp.
