Shortly after the events of Oct 7, on my way to my destination while on the airport I happened upon this waiting for departure area which caught my eye. It was packed full of only young males dressed in black and white with the distinctive black circular cap or sometimes hats donning their heads. Later I found they were Israeli men living in the US who had been called to serve in the Army on their way to Israel after the events. Imagine going about your life in the US and getting a text message of that sort and packing your things, hugging your wife and kids, abandoning your job and getting on a plane to a warzone because your country needs you. Who does that? I don't know what the end of this conflict will be. One thing is for sure, the nation of Israel ain't no joke.
