This helps so much with my depression and is especially wonderful in the morning when depression really hits my whole being. I was doing some light, easy 10 min yoga, and was trying to meditate after when this popped up. It flowed so well. It was almost like it was the Universe allowing me the safe space to be in serenity, in mind, body, and spirit. Today was my first time doing yoga and meditation since 2 yrs ago...
