Toyota/Lexus Clicking Under Dash Fix

Do you own a Lexus or Toyota and hear a weird clicking noise under your dash kind of like a relay or little motor? Well if you do it might just be your air mix servo motor. It was in my 2004 highlander and here is how to fix it.

Just bought a 2004 Lexus and it is making this sound. Thank you so much! We knew the source was under the driver's wheel, but it sounded like it was coming from a vent. This totally makes sense.

Mine is coming somewhere in front, by the steering wheel. I was thinking it had something to do with the vent. It’s always blowing air from the vents that goes to the face. I’ll see if I see something like that underneath. Thank you.

well now your phone has a new APP on it that you developed....Kidding....THANK YOU for the info....have a very similar issue on a RX350...Toyotas all seem to all do stepper motor break down or the actuators give up. BUT>>>>no such electronic stuff in the OLD pickups or in our 97 T100 pick up... with 300 K. Vehicles Back then were were much simpler.

I like the Phone Idea, I was thinking a Hammer, Thought I would YouTube it First. Just bought an '03 Highlander. Woman says it never Happened Before, actually believe her, sat for short period of time. Would happen Right after had already given a Check. Would have still Bought, and Did. If I couldn't find a Solution on the The Web, was going to Pull Fuses til it Stopped to Determine which Circuit or System..Thanks for the Video, fraid I was going to have to Dissemble the Center Console. Can confirm this legit worked! I just used a small hammer and gave it three light taps and boom, problem solved!! 😂😂😂
