These are difficult times right now. I will not be able to work for two months because of covid19. I also will likely cancel my wedding this year, and certainly our honeymoon. I’ve never imagined ever being under this kind of pressure. But yoga is doing for me what it always has and that’s getting my mind off of the external world to focus on myself. Thank you for being my guide, Kino. We all need yoga now more than ever.
