At such a young age, today’s guest has already accomplished more than most do in their entire life. Sadie Robertson Huff rose to fame from her family’s reality show, Duck Dynasty, followed by finishing runner-up on Dancing with the Stars. She joins your hosts to discuss her journey battling fear, bullying, and anxiety. Sadie speaks to the stress of living a hypocritical lifestyle; one where she looks perfect on social media but struggles with herself, and her romantic relationship. Knowing God is with her, Sadie began to push back on her fears, and went viral with a stripped-down YouTube video showing the world who she really was ... “imperfections” and all. Sadie also opens up to the Lautners about motherhood: how it has helped her with things like body image, but how new things, like mom guilt, have been challenging. She shares the story behind the name of one of her books and her ministry, Live Original, then one of our Lemon 11 questions exposes the story behind her podcast name, WHOA That’s Good. For Sadie, so many things in her life changed when she learned to not let fear call the shots. We hope that this episode inspires you to lean into your fear, and Live Original — just like Sadie.

Just came here from the Unplanned Podcast and let me just say, this is 100% gonna be in my podcast rotation 😱 So good! Love y’all and Sadie!!!!!
  • Wisdom really does come from the Lord. Sadie is full of so much wisdom due to what God has revealed to her. I am also a believer and seeing this interview warmed my heart.
  • My daughter and I met Taylor & Tay, in South Carolina, last August. We spent an hour with them, and they couldn’t have been nicer/sweeter, or more down to earth. They are just as awesome in person, as they seem! We’ve been fans of Taylor for years, and have come to love Tay, as her sincerity as a person, and love for Taylor, is so obvious. As a Christian, I was thrilled to see Sadie on this episode! Thank you, Tay & Taylor, for being your true selves and having Sadie on! It was such a motivational episode! Our family prays for you both, that Jesus will guide and protect your paths, always. In Christ~ Amanda & Gia “There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love. We love because He first loved us.” 1 John 4: 18-19

My Wednesday is not the same after The Squeeze. This episode is amazing! She is so lovely. I love the Taylor’s intros and Tay’s styles. 🍋♥️

I cannot IMAGINE being in the spotlight in HS! I was bullied similarly to Sadie. To a point I began to homeschool to get away from the harassment. I played it off like no big deal but looking back (graduated in 2010) it was one of the most tough yet refining periods of my life. Who says high school is the greatest years of your life? Absolutely the worst for me.
  • This was an amazing episode! I'm glad I decided to be a lemon drop and grateful to you guys for creating this platform. I have been experiencing fear for a while now, and WHOA, this is such a new perspective, and I loved what Sadie's mom said about 'if fear is your excuse, then fear is not a reason to not do something.' This is such an inspiring episode you guys posted on Squeeze so far. Thanks again. Love being a lemon drop!🍋
  • Wow! I needed to hear this. I never had fear until I became a mom and then it took over me. Thank y’all for the refreshing mind set!
  • after watching this episode, my boyfriend and I went zip lining for our anniversary (we're both afraid of heights), and it was such a blessing! I cannot believe I've never experienced something so beautiful in God's creation all because of a fear!!

I never listen to podcasts, no matter how much people have recommended some to me, they just never gained my interest, so it’s rare that I listen to them, HOWEVER this podcast! This has been the only podcast that I’ve been genuinely excited about. It has been an encouragement to me, and to hear the genuine side of both tays- from a side of someone who didnt grow up in the industry and someone that has- to talk about mental health and being honest about life with some fun spin in it- I’m hooked. Ive not only watched a few episodes but I honestly, get excited when your new episodes come out. Thank you for how y’all are using your platform!
