I'm from Singapore and I've never seen this cat breed before haha
-
I'll take 6, thank you

This video led me to get a Singapura 7 years ago for my GF and that cat still acts like a kitten to this day. They are rather awesome.

I am not against animal breeds✌️ but if your planning to adopt a kitty please take some time first to visit a shelter maybe you might find a loving kitty there. Thousands of animals are dying everyday in the streets and in the shelters. Stray animals are known to be a very sweet and loving creatures if only we can give them all a chance. We have almost a hundred rescue kitty and three purely bred kitties. But as for the sweetness our rescues are the best. Same with our rescue dogs. We’re struggling now but lots of animals are depending on us so we must keep going. 🙏

I have seen this breed in Singapore back in year 1993. I pick up a one week old female kitten that was being abused by some kids at a public housing estate. I tried but could not locate the mother cat, I decided to keep her. She brought me so much joys for 16 years. If I am not wrong the origin of this breed was semi-feral. Small sized, slender, very inquisitive and alert, yes, they are playful. The semi-feral breed has light yelllow-biege colour with faint black stripes. It was fabled that these breed originated from quaysides around Singapore River back in 1950s. There then plenty of pre-war warehouses, bumboats that handled trades mainly around southeast asia.

"Two is always better than one!" Me : literally has two outdoor cats and three indoor cats

And DON’T GET YOUR CAT DECLAWED!!! If you don’t like claws get a goldfish.
-
Im from Singapore but I didnt know there's a cat breed named after us. Interesting!
-
You can NEVER replace previous pets!!! They are ALL individuals!!!
-
These are very cute, but I'd sincerely like to see more adoption promotion :)
-
If you’re lucky enough to get one, don’t hesitate. These cats are magnificent, beautiful, sensitive, gentle, sweet, tender, incredibly loving, playful and regal. I absolutely adore mine.

I seem to never stop replacing my cats. It has never felt like I was being disrespectful. There are an endless supply of kitties in the world and my door is always open to any who come my way. Getting new cats has never taken away from the grief of losing one. I can do both.

“Doing the computer” XD

I have two Tabby kittens at home and the part when she said, you open a door or cabinet and your kitten is there is so true. They are like little shadows. They can even get into places I didn't think were possible. It's like having toddlers again but they are so worth it and so cute
-
They're like the wild sand cat, black footed cat and any other types of the smallest rarest wild cats in the world 🌎.🐱🐱🐱

4:31 Wow never thought it is that serious 😂 In my place there're 2 option if you want a cat just adopt the stray one at the street. Or it is the opposite one you don't want a cat but stray cat adopt you thus you need to feed them every day

Their head shape and face are so pretty.

I’ve never heard of this breed until now... I love these small little beauties! ❤️😻👍
-
I first saw or even heard of Singapuras at a cat show, and it was love at first sight.

They're all the cat traits I love in one. <3
