My son and me saw him at The Peoria Civic Center July of 2019. As VIPS we first got to go on the stage and see his setup and props. The big cables and electronics still boggle my mind. After the concert we had to wait a little bit for Alice to change and get his makeup off. We were in the front row so from that vantage point he looked huge. Larger than life. However when he came out he was quiet and unassuming. We got to sit next to him and talk while he signed whatever you had. He lights up when you ask him about his late best friend Glen Campbell. Worth the money? Hell yes! Got a picture of us sitting together and an album and 2 books he signed. Our picture is displayed in the signed lp.

Alice Cooper inc. thanks you for your donation...

And people pay for a meet and greet today, and the ticket prices are sky high no thanks, in the older days you could get their autograph for free.

Thanks for sharing. I’m happy for you getting to meet someone so special to you.

Thank you for sharing your experience, I have been a fan of Alice since I was twelve years old, and I was lucky enough to see her 3 times, her show and her music are amazing! Greetings from Argentina !!!..

Last time i saw Alice Cooper was back in the NEC Arena in Birmingham in 2005. After the show few of us waited to greet him and he came out passed us by without even lookin at us or say Hi. Guess you have to pay him big money to grab his attention. Still a legend though.

I got 2 tickets ($650 each) for a meet and greet in Youngstown, Ohio on April 29th 2023. I was able to shake hands with Alice, but that was almost a year after you saw him and I'm guessing the COVID polices were lifted by then. I have been an Alice fan since 1972. I have seen him live many times but never got to meet him until seeing him then. I can finally take that off my bucket list.

I remember first seeing the band for free at the Detroit Auto show back in 1970/The "Love it to Death album was released a couple weeks later 🎸 Good Times 🎸

Paying extra to meet a person who would rather eat his own foot, than meet you. Priceless.

I spoke briefly with Alice Cooper on the phone once. I was working part time as a board op at a radio station in the late 80s when our talk show personality came into the booth and told me she was expecting a call from AC to do an interview. Just as she told me that the phone rang and it was him asking for the talk show host by name. I was queing up segments which ran on reel to reel tape between commercial spots and wound up with about six feet of tape on the floor as i was managing the call. Thats my one and only brush with fame.
