It's called DEI ☠... Think about a society where, when placing people in the most critical and serious jobs in the world, qualifications are not even considered or considered last !!! In fact if you look at it with a clear mind, the whole DEI policy seeks personal that were supposedly, somehow passed over in the real world because of some kind of an 'Identity Inequality' in the hiring process. And that was the only possible reason that these totally unqualified people were passed over ??? So DEI must of course, 'Right This Wrong' !!! What you are seeing across the nation and the world, is the actual and undeniable consequences and results of such a collective and insane policy ! I don't know how to make it any clearer !!! As an example, if you are looking to hire an employee that you had to place the care and well being of, (perhaps even the lives of), your children, what screening and hiring process would you use ??? So to the bleeding heart Liberals, inclusion does not have to go away, it just has to be moved to the bottom of the list as a possible factor for hiring...
