  • It’s not the cheap way out. It’s the best way. Looks great, can be taken off, you can always change color, easy to fix if you mess up, and comes off if you want to sell and put it back to factory look! People are too quick to judge these days without realizing the reasons people use plastydip! Yea sometimes it’s about budget, but 70% of the time, it has nothing to do with budget. It cost me almost $100 for 5x cans regular and 4x clear coat. Plus a can of 2k clear. It only cost about $200-$250 to get them painted. So it’s not the cheap way out. It’s the smart way. JMHO
  • Strong work. Great tips on using the Dip. I was a little scared, but am gonna try it now. Like the semi-gloss look more than shiny vinyl, plus don't have to buy a bunch of tools. Just a big fat roll of tape, sheeting and most of a nice sunny day. Thanks again for the cool vid and wise advice,.

Great video! Helps at resale to have a stock car. Most people don’t want somebody’s else’s customizations. With the Plasti Dip you just peel it off and you are back to stock.

You got skills bro! You're good at what you do & you're patient with it. Keep grinding bro, i wish you much success! 💯✊🏾

Great vid! I'm comparing vinyl wrapping my chrome pieces in carbon fiber pattern vs black plastidip. Already bought a real carbon spoiler, so I'm leaning that direction, but thanks for showing people how to do it properly!
  • @jeffleehood
so when peeling off did you use a toothpic or something to keep it from peeling off the trim at all. To kind of separate it?
  • Great video. Helpful stuff. Thanks man. Nice work on the car too.

Good video, and good job! Just got a brand new Camry and wanted to murder it out, but I wasn’t wanting to pay the dealership $600 to black out my emblems, or any chrome for that matter

Looks tight👍 how come it doesn't need knife trimming before peeling the excess off ? Also how many cans did you use to do your car ? Cheers
  • @N1JWZ
    Looks great, good job!
  • @KingShibe
So the plasti dip just rips off of the trim like that? No need to cut or anything?
  • @taz4093

my question is is it possible to get the result as glossy as i would paint it with gloss shiny black becuse i have feeling i wont get a result as i would get from gloss black spray
  • @Praize
Is there anywhere you can point me towards removing the front trim . Mine broke and I ordered a replacement but can’t find a removal guide . 😢
  • @plsdonttttt
I chrome deleted the index markers on my watch . Masking under magnifier glass with tweezer. Plasti dip transparent matte is perfect for this.
  • @rygamer
looks good and not permanent, i like it

How long did it last before chipping/peeling? Grill and window trim?
