Go to meetfabric.com/TKLAWNS and start investing in your child’s future today.

This has been one of my favorite yard transformations yet. The homeowner has recently been diagnosed with cancer, which has made it tough for him to keep up with the yard. I love when I get to help someone in need - and ended up making a friend on this one!

  • I'm a real one. I feel for my brother, I too am a retired firefighter/paramedic of 32 years and have been battling cancer for 16 years. I was diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2008 and after my last round of intense radiation I was given 3 to 5 years. Even though my cancer has now progressed to to stage 4 bone cancer I'm 70 years old and the cancer is well controlled by oral chemo and monthly injections so I'll probably pass from old age before my cancer gets me. The homeowner should have faith and keep fighting every day.
  • I’ve never watched a customer help with his own yard! Bless this man’s heart ❤️

I'm saying a prayer for this retired firefighter. My son is a retired firefighter/paramedic from the Navy. Also praying for you that you stay safe to help many more like this gentleman. God Bless you.

You’re an angel Tucker. Cancer is a mean and cruel disease. So great of you to help this gentleman.

Dear homeowner, May God bless you with a complete and total recovery. You are truly an example of a positive thinking person. As a former firefighter, your years of service helped so many. It’s great that someone is helping you now. TK Lawns, you did a wonderful job on this property. You are such a kind, compassionate and hard working professional. You two should become the best of friends. You worked well together. Your teamwork produced beautiful results.
  • Throughout everything he is going through still want to help! Hats off to the both of you for doing that job together!

Yes, I'm the real "ONE" ! ! ! I'm also a brand new subscriber today. I'm a 100% disabled veteran age 67 living in Hawaii, on the west side of Oahu. I look for channels like yours. I need something to entertain myself and your channel fits the bill. I look forward to your videos. I miss doing yard work. My son does all the yard work now. God Bless you.
  • God Bless the man that is fighting cancer and all those that are fighting where ever they are.
  • Letting him help was probably as big a boost for him as you doing it was. Good job!

Send prayers to the homeowner for a full recovery. Love the looks of the yard.
  • @judiekeenan
I have ceased watching videos where they work on abandoned yards and I focus on the videos that help actual residents. Keep up the great work
  • Thank you, Tucker, for helping this man with his yard. I hope y'all keep in touch. I'm a real one. See ya in the next video!
  • I'm a real one. Thank you so much for letting him help and helping him . My brother passed away in January 2021 from cancer, and up to the last couple of months before his passing, he was the happiest when he could be on his tractor working on his land. I'm choking up just leaving this comment. You are a true blessing.

I love the interaction of a homeowner or neighbor helping you. The collaboration and getting the job done is satisfying .
