NAC may impair blood clotting. If you have a bleeding disorder such as hemophilia or you take blood-thinning medications, you should avoid taking NAC supplements.

N.B: There is no data on the long-term use of NAC. It's best to use it only periodically and always consult your doctor before using any supplement. I'm just here to share my experience.

🧠 NAC works by lowering inflammation and boosting glutathione levels, which is a powerful antioxidant. 💊 NAC supplement has been shown to reduce migraine frequency and attacks in some patients, but it was temporarily removed from Amazon due to safety concerns during the pandemic. 🤯 The speaker went from having 15-20 migraines a month to sometimes having completely migraine-free months thanks to natural alternatives like supplements. 🤔 The speaker stopped taking NAC supplement when they felt they didn't need it anymore, but recently started using it again to improve their nervous system health and potentially reduce residual migraines. 🧠 NAC can balance neurotransmitters like glutamate, which can lead to excessive nerve inflammation. 💊 NAC supplement is believed to be more easily absorbed and effective in increasing glutathione levels compared to glutathione supplements due to its ability to reach the brain and cells. 🤯 NAC has shown to be effective in reducing behavioral symptoms like hair pulling, nail biting, skin picking, and other compulsions in Neuropsychiatric disorders like OCD. 💊 NAC supplement has been found effective for various conditions, but it's important to consult a doctor before taking it and to take it with food to avoid nausea.
  • I've just started on 600MG and my OCD repetitive thoughts literally stopped. My son has OCD too and he has also had amazing results. Unreal!

I’m 66 years old. I play tennis 3 times a week, lifts weights, swims laps, run on the elliptical, play golf, ride bicycle. I started taking 600mg of NAC 2 weeks ago. What I noticed almost immediately was my recovery over night from a hard workout was similar to my recovery when I was younger. No more stiffness or soreness in the morning. The other thing I noticed mentally is no more ruminating thoughts. I have always been a person that rehashes things in my mind, at times too much. Since I’ve been taking NAC it is very easy for me to let things go. My experience with NAC in a short period of time had been pretty amazing and unexpected. I don’t think there is a magic pill out there, but NAC is obviously replenishing something in my body I’ve lost probably due to aging. I have had zero negative side effects. UPDATE: I have been taking 500mg of NAC daily for 12 months. I am a 67 year old male, and I play tennis 3-4 times a week, I run on the elliptical, or ride bicycle on the days I don’t play tennis . Recently I have noticed a mild burning in my lungs when I do cardio or play tennis. The other evening I played 3 sets of tennis, it was 86 degrees, at the end of the second set, my lungs started burning. By the end of the 3rd set it was almost unbearable. It took several days to clear up. I stopped taking NAC during time. I started back with NAC, and I have a mild burn in my lung after going for a walk. Has anyone else had these symptoms?
  • I am 70 & follow a healthy narrative. I have followed the science & NAC + Glycine I take twice daily & found a positive benefit. I believe humanity are experiencing an awakening conscious 💜🌟🙏

I've been taking it for 4 years. Every winter I would get very cold fingers - gloves didn't help much. Since taking NAC, I don't have this problem. Absolutely brilliant.
  • @amarug
I started taking NAC a while ago and I realized a few amazing things as well: Also no more migrains (I had maybe 2 per month), no more heart palpitations, no more restless leg syndrome etc...
  • @lawillerton
Bought some NAC during the lockdowns, was told it would help if I got the flu. Never got sick and it was about to expire so I tried out a few capsules over a few days. I was stunned at how much better I felt mentally. I am 61 years old and have been taking 1,000 mg per day for about a year now with a lot of positive results and no negative side effects. I use some glycine powder to sweeten my coffee, but I should probably take more glycine then I currently do. NAC is super cheap and I plan to take it daily moving forward. Got rid of my OCD, better moods, better cognitive function and a better outlook on life. Younger people may not benefit as much since our bodies make more NAC when we are young.

If you want the real turbo health benefits of NAC take Glycine with it as well. The combo is called Glynac and the research on its age reversal effects is astounding.
  • I also started NAC AND may take NAD+. On the Migraine and nervous system issue. I had the same issue. I found another treatment for migraines and it's worth trying. Turmeric capsules. You need two to three days before you see results, but as someone that dealt with headaches 6-7 days a week and moderate to severe on the pain scale, Turmeric reduced these to about 1 a week and the pain scale down to mild. I've been using Turmeric for a couple of years now and it's been the closest cure I have found. I use Turmeric from either a company called Biotrust, or Stop Aging Now- Turmeric with Q10
  • @ld3418
Thank you. I have suffered 4-day disabling migraines for 50 years every 2-3 weeks. Even menopause I waited for did not stop them (pregnancy and 9-month breast feeding had). I began NAC as part of Covid prophylactic protocol in Jan 2020. My migraines did decrease dramatically making me able to function much better and reduced the duration. I began to decrease my usage and I have had a few more intense and more frequent migraines again. I will be more diligent about taking it again daily now after your post.
  • @siriusfun
Hello! So happy you have had such positive results since using NAC! I have been taking it on and off for many years now and have found it works wonders with my breathing, especially after being sick with Covid 2yrs ago. I hope you will continue to improve your migraine condition. Greetings from Toronto! :)
  • Thank you for this video, i also have chronic migraines, i just started taking NAC for a cough i had, and while taking discovered something else, i have high blood pressure and take 2 different pills plus water pill, my blood pressure was not going down, the week I started taking the NAC my doctor wanted me to see a cardiologist to help with my blood pressure, when I went to my appointment the cardiologist checked my blood pressure multiple times and I couldn’t believe it was 131/82, for me that’s amazing because mine is usually 175/100 or sometimes even higher, thats when I realized that i was taking NAC that week, so since than I check my blood pressure twice a day and it’s always normal. So ppl that have blood pressure issues try NAC it really works❤️
  • Glutathione IVs helped my migraines tremendously. After two 1,000 mg IVs I began to improve. I now go once per month for a 2,000 mg IV. I also take NAC and collagen powder which contains glycine but I haven’t been very regular with it. Going to start taking it more often though. Glutathione is so important for pretty much any illness. Sick people tend to be unable to produce an amount that is sufficient to deal with the level of environmental toxicity we have today. There’s just way too many toxic chemicals in our air, soil, food and water.
  • First time here. I noticed that you respond to almost every comment. Amazing!
  • @mburns4551
Great information!! Thanks so much 🙏
  • @maiaallman4635
Hi Inka, I'm so glad I found you. My mother has a lot of OCD behaviours, and she is 76 yrs old. I will definitely try NAC for her.
  • @amyburton1225
I've had migraines since I was a child. Thank you so much for this information.
  • Great NAC intro, thanks. Have you also tried accupunture for the migraines. It was the only treatment that cured my dad. He had Menier's and suffered horrible debilitating migraines. Acupuncture was life changing ❤
  • @randyearles1634
nice that you did your own research and that it helped. I may start it soon.
