Yessss another stretching routine for you! This one is for your LEGS and HIPS mobility and flexibility to help you GET YOUR SPLITS and DEEPER SQUATS !

Do you feel very tense and tight often after leg days? If so, then this workout is for you! I am obsessed with this routine because it's really complete and will really help you increase flexibility and mobility if you are consistent with it!

If you like my other stretching routines for splits then you will love this one! having a great hip mobility is essential to get your splits and will also help you get into deeper squats, which targets the booty even more!

Stretching is great for health and an important part of working out! Our muscles need to rest, recover and stretch in order for us to keep improving during workouts. You will also prevent unnecessary injuries and be able to perform more difficult exercises that might require more flexibility :)
