If she doesn’t consider herself pretty, I probably look like something between Shrek and Sloth from Goonies.
  • I’m half Asian and half Mexican but the boy just rizzing her up is funny ㅋㅋㅋㅋ
  • @maritta01
They started very well guessing she was from a country close to the US, and a Latin American country, but suddenly they changed to Spain, Great Britain and Egypt 😂😂

For those curious, the Mexican flag colors mean: the green represents hope and victory, the white represents unity, and the red pays tribute to the national heroes who have fought for Mexico over the years...
  • As a mexican girl I can say this girl is very beautiful. Maybe she will say that she´s not very pretty bc ppl have normalized that mexican or latin beauty is daring or not so cute, but this girl is definitely very beautiful and pretty, too much I would say. Not only physically but also in her way of being, her personality is very radiant and you can see that she's very kind:D pd: aprendan a leer antes de tirar hate, jamás dije nada malo, simplemente hago mención del estereotipo que otros países tienen acerca de la belleza latina, nunca mencione que no hubiera mujeres hermosas en mi país porque claramente la hay y una variedad increíble, pero eso es algo que la gente de otros países no sabe, bola de ridículos...

As a Mexican I can explain why she doesnt consider herself pretty. But if you are from Latin América you will know.... the standars are different, "cute" isn't really in. 😭 Also considering that where she pointed at in the map seemed to be Monterrey which is a city known for having a lot of wealthy and good looking people, she might have grown up around a lot of pretty people but I still don't think anyone would not think shes gorgeous😭 ❤
  • @isaguanaa

For this who may be interested, the word / name Mexico comes from the Nahuatl language, which was spoken by the Mexicas, or as they are more famously known the Aztecs. The etymology of the word has been widely discussed as there is no definitive proof about its sole origin. The theory that is mostly accepted points out that it is formed from three Nahuatl words: ‘metztli’ meaning ‘Moon’; ‘xictli’ translated as ‘belly button’ or ‘centre’; and the affix ‘-co’ indicating ‘place’. Therefore, the full translation and meaning of the word ‘Mexico’ would be ‘in the moon’s belly button’, or well ‘in the centre of the lake of the moon’. The reason for the name is because the Mexico City(originally known as Tenochtitlan, before the Spanish Conquest) was founded on an islet on the current lake of Texcoco, previously known as the Moon Lake. Mexico City was built directly over the original Azrec city of Tenochtitlan.
