40 years later, still love this band

One of the greatest New Wave Rock Techno-Pop artists of the 1980s! They were obviously inspired by Kraftwerk in the late 1970s. Love their music, their hits are always running through my mind 40 years later. Bravo Humphries & McCluskey!

Yes another guy stated it very correctly, OMD are the absolute pioneers of this type of music (Synthwave PoP) with Pre-Pioneers (if we can call em that way) the Kraftwork. I dont know if Flock of Seagulls made some of their music before or after OMD.

OMD's dance songs are absolutely beautiful. All of their works, which have an outstanding sense of rhythm, have become my favorites. OMD's expressive and deep waves of love know no bounds.
