    I've tried all the meds that you would take for v. migraine but they made my migraines worse. Try looking into any gut issues/histamine intolerance that you may have. Don't leave any stone unturned.

    Can diamox (acetazolamide) be an effective treatment for VM? I was prescribed this but I’m skeptical.
  • I have vestibular migraine with pppd. Taking timolol eyedrops and ativan for rescue. I've changed my diet . But still have days of dizzy quite often. Lately I've been having these sharp pain behind my ears and alot of pain on the occipital point in my head. Any suggestions?
