I am doing our business books. NOT my favourite chore, as is cleaning my home and making food. BUT my Sketchbook brings me so much joy IN THE MIDST of doing all those other things! It gets me into the moment, helps me to savour every moment and to look for the joy and beauty while I do what I need to do.

Even if you are not an artist, get a sketches and start to journal! Looking back you will find so much more things to be grateful for. We forget what really brings out the joy inside us!
