I have lived all over the world - Los Angeles, New York, London, Rome, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Sydney, etc. I've traveled to many more places including all over Texas. But nothing beats the Texas Hill Country. :)

Yes. I love the Texas weather. The winters are less harsh than here in W. TN. I’m looking forward to moving back.

Levi, here is a sentence that you can use to explain to your fellow realtors and your clients about what living in Texas is like. The difference between Texas and other states; Texas gives you a sensation that you are prosperous and at times a sensation of being rich even if you are not. When you travel to places like New York for example, it gives you a sensation that you are living large at lower cost.

Moved from Sydney, Australia to Coppell, Texas 2 weeks ago. Thank you for the great content your videos helped a lot to settle in the area and also to know what to look for in the local housing market

Yes! You are right, Texas is not just the best state, it is the best state by a long shot. The problem is, people who have not lived in Texas yet do not understand it how awesome Texas is until they stand the chance to live in Texas. I think DFW, the greater Houston area even Austin, San Antonio do not get enough credit for the beauty, diversity, the awesome infrastructure, the great lifestyle and opportunities they offer. Mainly (Dallas) DFW does not get enough credit at all for how grand it is.

Im a Gen Z texan born and raised and i probably will never be able to buy a house here. Theyre turning this place into California. The quaint little suburb i grew up in is over run with shopping complexes and over priced coffee shops. Sad

This is the best video of Texas I’ve seen. I’ve been thinking about moving here lately

I think the climate and weather of Texas is relative to wherever you relocate from. For me I had lived in Southern California for 16 years and then Phoenix, AZ for two before relocating to Central Texas last year. The summer heat was not fun but bearable considering I was already acclimated to Phoenix summers (but humidity is a whole other animal!) however the winter for me was tough. The daily cold winds and random ice storm felt like the upper midwest to my wimpy west coast body 😂 However to someone relocating from a truly cold climate, Texas will feel downright pleasant and comfortable.

Sadly, this is not the Texas i was born and raised in😢 Texas has been inundated with people. Our taxes have skyrocketed. Our roads are now overly crowded. Our housing costs have soared. We no longer have that privacy of driving down an old country road. This has happened to every small town.

Back in 2005 I moved to TX and I loved it. I lived in Corpus Christi. The reason I left was the situation I was in and I was worried about my sister in MN. After I figured out what was going on with my sister I should have gone back but it was too soon because of the situation I had been in and I feared for my life if I went back. Well I went back to Las Vegas NV since I knew I could without any problems. Now it looks like I won't make it back. My health is an issue and since I don't drive I guess I will end up dying here. But you got it right. Texas is and always will be the best place to live. Mike Las Vegas NV
